ASEAN minus X (A-X) formula
A shift has already happened through the adoption of the ASEAN minus X (A-X) formula. The latter currently governs economic issues by enabling two or more ASEAN states to move ahead in economic liberation on the basis that the other members will follow at a later stage. A-X has been applied on an ad hoc basis to other areas of cooperation.

Context-Koundinya sanctuary sees a massive shift as all female herd from Tamil Nadu enters Chittoor
Introduction
Kaundinya Elephant Sanctuary is located in Palamner – Kuppam forest ranges of Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, on the Andhra Pradesh – Chittoor road. This Sanctuary comes under Project elephant – a Country wide Elephant Conservation Project taken up by Government of India. The Sanctuary also has many places of attraction around it.
Uniqueness-The only home for Asiatic elephants in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
Indicator Species:Asiatic Elephant.
Legal Status-18-12-1990.
Forest Type-Southern tropical dry deciduous forest, with patches of thorn, scrub and grassy plains.
Temperature-Summer – 45° C; Winter up to 9° C
Flora-Plants like Albizzia amara, Ficus glomerata, Zizyphus xylocarpus, Gymnosporia Montana, etc; make this a green panoramic place with a breathtaking floral diversity.
Fauna-Insects like Gongylus praying mantis, Painted grasshopper, Plain tiger butterfly, Common grass yellow butterfly, etc; abound this elephant land. Reptiles like Common cobra, Rat snake, Indian rock python, Forest calotes, Skinks, etc; make this place their abode. Birds like Partidges, quails, storks, Cotton teal, etc; make this Sanctuary their domicile. A further balance in the food-web is maintained by mammals like Indian Elephant, Panther, Sloth bear, Wild boar, Chowsingha, Nilgai, Hyena, Jackal, etc.

SpIN is India’s first dedicated platform for innovation, curation, and venture development for the burgeoning space entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The SpaceTech Innovation Network (SpIN), an initiative of Social Alpha supported by Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is India’s first lab-to-market platform for SpaceTech entrepreneurs and start-ups.
The use of space science and technology has the potential to benefit diverse sectors, such as aviation, maritime and land transportation, urbanisation, mapping and surveying, human health, disaster management, food security and sustainable agriculture, environmental monitoring, and natural resources management.
The SpIN platform offers a focused support ecosystem that will ensure access to long-term patient capital, pooled testing, and validation infrastructure, building strong sustainable business models that will lead to new market creation for SpaceTech entrepreneurship in India.
SPIN OBJECTIVES
1.To promote innovation and entrepreneurship in the deep science and SpaceTech landscape at the grassroots level
2.Aggregate and accelerate access to the network of product development and validation facilities for SpaceTech and allied sectors
3.Create a network of mentors and subject matter experts and share learning in the space
4.Help create a de-risked pipeline of innovations ready for support and deployment
5.To activate innovation challenges and create go-to-market programs to address commercial and cross-sectoral applications of SpaceTech and allied technologies
6.To aggregate mission-aligned ecosystem, stakeholders to help promote and build the SpaceTech innovation ecosystem

SpIN will primarily focus on facilitating space tech entrepreneurs in three distinct innovation categories: Geospatial Technologies and Downstream Applications; Enabling Technologies for Space & Mobility; and Aerospace Materials, Sensors, and Avionics
