Awareness Initiative of P-IAS “Befriending UPSC”
As part to create awareness about civil services preparation,
Pitambare Institute of IAS, Latur have launched a innovative initiative called as “Olakh UPSC sobat” meaning “Befriending UPSC”.
Through this Initiative, P-IAS is striving to create generations those are aware about their opportunities in civil services.
As part of this initiative, P-IAS Team interacted with students belonging to Rural areas in Vilasrao Deshmukh College,Chakur and explained them the process and approach for UPSC preparation.
We are committed to democratise civil services preparation in rural areas where there is tremendous potential among youth.Preparation for Civil Service in Maharashtra is a reality now.

Hon.Vikrrant Vikram Gojamguunde Mayor,Latur City Municipal Corporation visited the Pitambare Institute of IAS, Latur and delivered a speech on Representative democracy of India and Role of Civil Servants He interacted with students on various other issues including Local Self Government, An Ideal balance between Democracy and Bureaucracy along with India’s future growth in various sectors. Students were invited for a celebratory dinner with The Director of Pitambare Institute of IAS, Latur for successfully completing 25 Full length Tests.Pitambare Institute of IAS believe in maximum practice for maximum outcome. Dr.Sharad Shivaji Gurav, DNB Gen Surgery (Mumbai) visited Pitambare Institute of IAS, Latur as a chief speaker on “Ethics in personal and professional life” He shared his valuable experience in the medical field along with some practical tips for students to excel in their studies as well.Students loved his calm and composed personality and there was showering of love and respect after this session.
